On the 30th of January 2020 my son had a very bad allergy reaction to their product, a moisturiser. And immediately after attending to him I then took photos and sent them an email to notify them of the allergy reaction to the product. The very same morning I got a call from Nathan from marketing, he acknowledged my query and apologised for the health scare and acknowledged that my son is probably allergic to one of the ingredients and assured that the product is endorsed by the allergy foundation about its safety. He then recommended and sent me a few different products to try with my son and we tested, they are working for him. I was happy and impressed by how my query was attended with the urgency I felt it required. So thank you
