Great service
Best service ever. Had a few learning curves but yes. We are the best in what we do. The bad reviews you see below this review. All done by 2 clients. 2 client only out of 100 plus other clients. Well done renandi. Well done. Sorry for those that are not happy, we tried. Thank you.

Great service

I am going to post some roof and some fences I installed. Yes, we had bad service before, but it was rectified by getting the correct personnel and hence also we was busy with new projects too, hence we could not finish few projects. We wouldn't leave a project unless I ran out of business but we are still going strong, yes, I can't come straight away or right away as some client wish I could come, but once I was actually given enough time, I could come, also not just time but correct personnel as well. Unfortunately it did not happened as I and all of you wished, but we will strive to be the best since we are still very young business. We are striving and will not stop till we are at the top of service listing. As I said, we are still young. We will still grow and learn as we all go on in life, no one, but no one is to old to learn new tricks in the book. Hope you are well and hope to hear from you new customers soon. Here are some fencing and Roofing projects.

I am going to post some roof and some fences I installed. Poor workmanship and client service to say the least
We had a similar experience with Renier Maritz / Renandi. We asked that he take off existing louvres and replace it with something that 1. does not leak, 2. does not rattle, 3. not see dirt on the roof and 4. paint all beams etc white. None of this was done. He was so pedantic on lifting the structure that there is now no downflow of water, hence it constantly leaks on my patio, furniture and canvas. The roof rattles, dirt is all over as it is stuck where the roof already dropped one week after completion and the paintwork is atrocious to say the least. He insisted on poly-carbonated sheets, which I don't think he knows the product well as he seemed just as surprised to see dirt on the roof? He also did not remove the rubble as originally agreed upon, but as he got here with a little car I though we might as well be kind and get rid of the steel ourselves. It took them a week to put 5 sheets on, he was back a week later (on a Saturday) as we complained of leaks in November. He then suggested to use some of the s**** metal lying around to fix the roof! Thats when alarms went off and we realised he probably does not know how to fix the roof. Then he suggested a contact of his spray the roof (I assume with something similar to rubberising) to prevent us from seeing the dirt, but we will have to get this done every odd year....maintenance? So again we were kind and asked him to rather take December, work on a plan and come fix the roof properly on 12 January.....so he had almost 2 months grace. 12 Dec he sent a whatsapp to say he will fix the roof on or before Jan 12th. On 8 Jan we tried to contact him via whatsapp and facebook to confirm but no response although he did read the whatsapp. Eventually I phoned him on Fri the 11th and he was 'surprised' that we made an appointment as he did not realise 12 Jan is a Saturday? He does not work on Saturdays, after he confirmed on the day in Nov as well as 12 Des. When he had no other excuse he came up with a story that he had no tools or staff to assist him, but he can come have a look the next Saturday?? We are taking civil action against him as there is no way I am letting go of R11000 for a hot mess. We will also make sure as many people as possible will know about this shocking workmanship and poor client service.

Stay away from Renandi Construction Company

Poor service that took 3 times as long and at double the cost
We were very unhappy with the service we received from Renandi (for electric fencing and roofing). They were contracted to do a roof for us as well as do a built-in braai. The builders showed up 2-3 days late and then owner from Renandi got so upset with the building work that he chased them away. We ended up cleaning most of the building rubble that were left by the builders and we had to phone the owner to come and help us clean up the mess his guys left. He went on Holiday and when they came back now in January to finish, we were told that the mess the builders made as well as the building he (Renier) did, could not be done better and will have to stay this way. We ended up spending almost double the original quote value to correct and fix the building issues and to try and make the building and braai look presentable (this was at our own expense). 12 days later, the guys are still not done, with plastering, grout work and a lot of cleaning not done that we will now have to do. Now the roof and building corrections that were done is still leaking and when we try to contact the owner Renier Maritz, he is too busy or full of excuses to come and fix the leaking roof and we now need to try and fix this ourselves. A 4 day project has turned into a 14 day project at double the cost. Not happy with the service we received at all.
