I recently took my car for a service at Motus Renault Alberton using the Liquid Capital service plan. However, the service plan did not cover the full cost because Renault replaced certain parts that were not yet due for a change. As a result, I was charged extra for these parts.
When I requested a refund for the unnecessary charges, Renault Alberton refused, stating that I had already used the parts. Additionally, I found the management to be arrogant and unhelpful in resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, Renault South Africa was unable to assist, which highlights their lack of control over their franchises.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and I would caution others to be mindful of unexpected charges when servicing their vehicles at this dealership.
