I recently took my car for a service at Motus Renault Alberton using the Liquid Capital service plan. However, the service plan did not cover the full cost because Renault replaced certain parts that were not yet due for a change. As a result, I was charged extra for these parts. When I requested a refund for the unnecessary charges, Renault Alberton refused, stating that I had already used the parts. Additionally, I found the management to be arrogant and unhelpful in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, Renault South Africa was unable to assist, which highlights their lack of control over their franchises. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I would caution others to be mindful of unexpected charges when servicing their vehicles at this dealership.

Liquid Capital service plan not worth it at all. I took my car in for a service at Renault and they told me I have to top up with R1500 because Liquid Capital does not want to cover for Spark plugs. Now they are ignoring my emails and giving me excuses.
I got the best service from Mapule, she assisted me with patience and contacted me 2 times to confirm if my claim was processed.
Liquid Capital staff always friendly and very helpful.
I had network issues and contacted Rain. The team was professional and quick to resolve my network issues. I'm now connected and enjoying their service.
Do not subscribe to Rain. Their connectivity is the worst! I haven't had connectivity for the past two weeks and I've spent a lot of money buying data from other service providers. I use wifi for work purposes and I can't afford to lose connectivity. I will be cancelling my subscription this month end.
I don't recommend Nedbank account! I swiped R500 Petrol at BP garage on the 2nd of Feb using Nedbank AmericanExpress card and they only deducted that R500 on the 9th of March, 5 weeks later. I got surprised when R500 got deducted from my account after 5 weeks of purchase. This means someone can steal your bank card and swipe R500, chances are you will only notice that transaction in 5 weeks or months later because thats when you will see the deduction on your app.
I bought four Wakey Wednesday meals. The staff working at the kitchen lost the cold room key "apparently". We were asked to wait while they go buy tomatoes at the nearest "TUCKSHOP". Imagine we were already waiting for 40mins and they ask us to wait for someone whose going to buy tomatoes at 20h30 pm. We asked the cashier to refund us she said the manager says they don't do refunds we will have to wait for tomatoes. We had even suggested that they substitute tomatoes with something else e.g cheese but the manager said No! 20mins later our orders were ready probably the guy buying tomatoes at the nearest tuckshop was back. We all rejected the orders and demanded our money back because then the quality was now questionable. I didn't know Steers buys their ingredients from nearest TUCKSHOPS. After being embarrassed by the staff (who were laughing at customers) and their manager we eventually got our REFUNDS almost an hour later. This is an urgent matter that requires serious attention because this is the treatment we get in township restaurants especially Sam Ntuli. I just got home now (21h30) and anything could've happened to me because it's really late now.
Chicken licken Sam Ntuli, is the worst! They gave me a very bad service and it was not the first time. I bought party 5 and I was specific with the pieces I want and they gave me pieces I didn't ask for. To make things worse the meat was dry like a biltong. I only noticed when I got home and I went back to the shop to ask for what I ordered. The manager was rude and insisted on giving me my money back instead of giving me fresh meat. When you buy via drive thrue they take your money and ask you to wait for your order at the parking lot. Then they relax and take long to bring your order at the "parking lot".
