I booked my Renault Clio IV for service on the 22nd of December with Ref no: 69986. Upon arriving just before 7am, I packed my car awaiting instructions. Note that there was no vehicle inspection done with the owner. I was then shuttled home. Later in the day I was called that my car was ready. Upon arrival and paying for the service, I noticed that my Renault Clio Front Emblem Logo cracked and that my driver side window rubber had a chemical stain. I went inside to advise the lady who was doing the admin. She came with me to the car and advised that she will check the cameras and get back to me before close of business. Note that I was never called. On the 27th of December, I made my way back again to Renault The Glen where I spoke to the Service Manager. I explained and showed him what happend. He too, took photos and advised that he will call me before close of business. Note again that I did not get the call till today. Not sure if I am being taken lightly or they just dont care.
