I bought a Renault Triber (2023) from Group 1 Renault Alberton in September 2023. At that branch the service was commendable. Fast forward to June 2024 the battery died, literally. I took it to The Glen for replacement and was unceremoniously told it is impossible. Despite having the car for a mere 09 (nine) months I was rudely told the battery is past its warranty and I therefore cannot claim from it. The service is at best deplorable, inhumane and outright disrespectful. They made it seem as if I am responsible for their substandard battery. I am highly disappointed at their poor service which will inconveniently cost me to their unfair benefit.
