I booked a service online for our Captur, but somehow it did not register at Renault Hatfield, so they didn't know I was bringing in the vehicle. Heleen took care of it immediately, and arranged that the car can still be serviced. When she made a mistake with the paperwork, she took full responsibility for it without hesitation.
