After a two-month process to finalize our design, we paid our deposit for marketing material on 29 January. At the beginning of March, only a banner was ready, with lots of excuses and promises. No work was done at the end of March, so I canceled the order. Francois Schoeman promised to pay back the deposit as soon as I send proof of our banking details, which was done on 27 March. Two weeks later, and still no refund. Francois does not reply to our emails or calls.
I booked a service online for our Captur, but somehow it did not register at Renault Hatfield, so they didn't know I was bringing in the vehicle. Heleen took care of it immediately, and arranged that the car can still be serviced. When she made a mistake with the paperwork, she took full responsibility for it without hesitation. She really made a bad day better. Thank you Heleen
I want to commend Theuns for coming out and repair our system. After the review on hellopeter.com, I was contacted within a few hours to set up a date for inspection. The following afternoon, Theuns was here to do the repairs, and explained to me some option. He is quite knowledgeable about the products. Thank you.
6 months ago, we installed a solar power system from Power Africa. Since then, we had numerous problems with our electrical systems in our home. Two independent electricians confirmed that they get different readings than those on the installation certificate. I reported it 5 times to Josh, the sales rep, and every time he made excuses and promised to follow it up later. He never did. Two weeks ago, I contacted the office. They made an appointment for Theuns to come out to check the system on Monday 26 April. He phoned me early that morning, saying that he knew what is wrong, but did not have the correct tools to fix it. He promised to refer it back to the office to make a new appointment. It ever happened. I also asked for a quotation for an upgrade to our system. The promised that Joshua will be in touch. That was more that two weeks ago... never heard of them again. For a product that costed R95 000, I actually expected way better service!!
Because of very difficult financial circumstances, I fell behind on my Standard bank credit card. (Bluebeen). I t was handed over for collection. At the end of 2019, we managed to settle the account in full. A year later, and it still reflects on all credit bureau's as unpaid. We could not get any reaction from Standard bank to set the record straight!
