Horrible customer service experience. Unprofessional Service Advisors Not abiding by TFC code of conduct Mission impossible" to get to speak to Service / Workshop manager as their telephone lines get cut. Even in my second life, I will never buy a renault car again, as their after sales service is appalling across all their service centers for that matter. As much as they keep on changing the directorship of the franchise, but their after sales service is only getting worse and worse. A typical example of this (changing of management & staff) is like putting steel wheels on a Merc.
