Such a horrible after sales service by Renault Multifranchise Paarden Eiland. On two occasions, I've been at the receiving end of their below par work on different vehicles. My Renault Megane had fuel injector problems. It took them 4 months to get my car fixed. In fact, it was through the intervention of Renault South Africa that they finally got my car repaired. On the second instance, the fuel tank lid of my Renault Stepway got jammed and after taking it to them, they took more than two weeks to get it repaired, but this was not before I got this issue escalated. Now, the vey fuel tank lid that they got repaired has jammed again. But now they don't want to take the responsibility for their shoddy work. THIS IS NOT A DEALESHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

If you're ever planning to insure your cellphone with TFG cellphone insurance, please think twice or brace yourself for 21 days wait and unprofessional & inefficient service. I mean, I was ****** of my cellphone, my car damaged & left traumatized during the recent taxi strike in cape town. I submitted my claim to Hi Store, and I was advised that the process takes 21 days. On following up after 5 days, I was informed that the claim is not yet registered. I think they need to put a disclaimer that says: INSURE YOUR CELLPHONE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Very misleading insurer. If you don't believe me wait for the day when you have to submit a claim & only then you will realize what you have put yourself into. They are not in the business of paying claims but that of looking after their own interests. Some of their call centre agents are a disappointment.
The guy has excellent people's skills and a good listener. I was really treated like a king 🤴
Horrible customer service experience. Unprofessional Service Advisors Not abiding by TFC code of conduct Mission impossible" to get to speak to Service / Workshop manager as their telephone lines get cut. Even in my second life, I will never buy a renault car again, as their after sales service is appalling across all their service centers for that matter. As much as they keep on changing the directorship of the franchise, but their after sales service is only getting worse and worse. A typical example of this (changing of management & staff) is like putting steel wheels on a Merc.
At point of sale I was very pleased with the service and I even commended the dealership as one of the bests I've done business with. However, my attitude was soon to change when I was given improper advice by the service advisor, as she failed to do due diligence before giving advice. Having travellled less than 10000 KM & less than a year since I purchased the vehicle, I was dismayed to hear that it is well overdue for service & thus need a major service. To my shock, I consulted with Lynette Hattingh to whom I purchased the vehicle & asked her to confirm the mileage when I took delivery of the vehicle, so that I can prove to the service advisor that the vehicle is not yet due for service. Disappointingly, Lynette didn't want to assist me in this regard & I was left devoid. This is very unprofessional of MMG Vredenburg & I'd like to think that you are not in the business of ripping off / milking out illiterate customers.
