Such a horrible after sales service by Renault Multifranchise Paarden Eiland. On two occasions, I've been at the receiving end of their below par work on different vehicles. My Renault Megane had fuel injector problems. It took them 4 months to get my car fixed. In fact, it was through the intervention of Renault South Africa that they finally got my car repaired. On the second instance, the fuel tank lid of my Renault Stepway got jammed and after taking it to them, they took more than two weeks to get it repaired, but this was not before I got this issue escalated. Now, the vey fuel tank lid that they got repaired has jammed again. But now they don't want to take the responsibility for their shoddy work. THIS IS NOT A DEALESHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I took my Renault to the workshop twice about excess air which sounded like coming from the turbo. i was told that no faults are detected and i should replace the turbo even though there was nothing wrong with the turbo. I took my car to car care clinic and within 3 hrs they could establish the problem. The air pipes was broken by whoever worked on my car and it was just patched up. not Renault service center could even tell me this. I will never go back there, i considered purchasing a new Renault but based on my experience with the paarden eiland branch i will NEVER take that risk.

They have worse customer service ever. Booked my car for service and they did not service my car at all. When I asked them why couldn't they call to let know they couldn't service my they told they were too busy for that. Manager Mumtz Ebrahim promised to solve the issue gave him all information he wanted.since then he's not asking him phone or reply text

Wish i could give them a minus 10 i am struggling since 16 July to get my vehicle checked out as there is numerous issues for a vehicle with not even 20 000 km on the clock and it is still under warranty but absolutely nothing I have even asked them if they can rather transfer the stuff to another branch with no response although i have followed up They are absolutely useless and i need to drive with a vehicle that does not have a lot of km's on but that's also not 100% as a new vehicle should be What the hell are they then getting a salary for?

I have a Renault Captur and had it for 3 years, I took my car to Renault i Paarden eiland which is now called Motus select, however every time I take my car for a service, when I get the car back i get errors on my car, check auto gearbox, the car goes into lymph mode and just switches off, when i call them they say its just the box that they forgot to resent that causes this as its an electronic box, however if its so simple why don't do this?? the QC is terrible because this always occurred, When I also take my car In they call me to give me a quote because tyhey dont check their system, the last time I went was last year Oct 2023 again they told me no service plan, and called to say sorry they didn't see, why is this such poor service. When I took my car i collected it and again, check auto gearbox, check anti pollution system and all the other errors kept appearing, this was becoming an issue and this time the car would not start again, they checked it out and said its the gearbox. I dont understand every time my car went in no issues wi8th the gearbox but now it just needs to be replaced and the quote came in at R153 000, wow they told me I dont have a warranty plan, however once again I had one, the warranty plan paid R9000 and I had to pay the difference, I asked for a breakdown of the quote and no one responded when I asked for this, I asked for a diagnostic report, so I could get a second opinion and still no response, I included management and no response its been 3 months now , i collected my car and got a a second opinion, however it was not the gearbox, just some speed sensors that was causing this issue., Till today its been almost 3 months and still no response about the breakdown quote so I can see how they got to the R153 000, I have taken them to ombudsman and laid a case as this is not the first time or second time the service of checking the car is so bad and inconvenience me, I got stuck numerous times at night on a dangerous spot which put my life in danger, Renault service has been so bad, and all i wanted was a response but that was to hard for the management team to do.. Thanks so much

Really bad service from service advisor (Edierioes) and the manager (Mumtaz) After having headlight issues from the time I purchjased my car, I finally demanded that they check the headlights rather than just replace the bulb. Getting Ederies or Mumtaz to respond is a nightmare! They just ignore your messages and emails. They have promised the car willbe fixed under warranty and they will supply a courtesy vehicle. Now they just ignore me.... I am beyond frustrated!

Car was booked in on Wednesday for water leakage and the brake light. The afternoon the service advisor Rick phoned to say the water leakage was fixed but they just need to run a diagnostix to check the break light. We phoned Thursday and was told no they only checked the water pipes for the two days the job is 8000.00 they didn't check anything else and we must take the car to a technician to sort out the car after we pay them 8000.00 cause that's just to fix the leakage and we can only get the car a week later cause the parts are coming from JHB. Seriuosly Renault these bunch of people are idiots from the start when u book in and they cant even give you a professional friendly welcome. So I need to go hire a car to drop my kids off at school cause they cant give me a courtesy car and I must pay them 8000.00 and pay a technician. Oh and the diagnostix was only for the water pipes not the break light.

We have received the worst service from Renault Paarden Eiland. After sending our car which is just over two years old to them to be serviced it came back with an alarming rattle sound. TAke it back turns out the car needs a new gear box which in itself is disgusting for such a new car. For TWO WHOLE WEEKS WE HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM EVERYDAY FOR AN UPDAT, THEY DONT CALL BACK THEIR MANAGER IS ALWAYS TOO BUSY.We were promised a courteousy car and to finally take the car in tomorrow, turns out all a lie yet again!!! cant tell us when we can bring car in which sounds like the engine is about to fall out. Lazy and incompetent AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. the first time we took it for a service we also had to take it back three times what is going on. I want this sorted out now
