Always send my car to Renault Paarden Eiland. Edries the consultant serves 100% quality work and is very much reliable. This time around, my car went in to complete a service that they couldnt complete last time around. The new consultant Roxanne calls me late on a Thursday afternoon to tell me that they are not able to release my car as it needs a repair which she couldnt tell me how long it would take. Leaving me carless late on a Thursday afternoon without a care in the world from Renault around my daily commitments, let alone how I would be getting home.
Ive already called insurance who advised that this claim didnt form part of the insurance space as my car was still under warranty and any inconvenience needs to come from Renault itself.
After me calling them all day (they hardly answer their calls), they advised that I would be able to collect a courtesy car on Monday. Come Monday, the new consultant showed no urgency to get this sorted. Eid a few days away and im left carless. No care. Promised that I could collect the courtesy car on Monday afternoon only to be told not Monday afternoon, rather Tuesday morning. Again no care about my current commitments, how I should get around to do my daily drops offs and getting to work.
Its now 3pm and still waiting a call from their manager.
