I would like to commend Pule for the incredible service I received from him and express my heartfelt gratitude, my car was acting up tonight on my way back from work and I got really scared as I am a woman on the road, at night and it was dark... So I called into the Renault roadside assistance center and was greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman who was willing to listen attentively to my problems, never have I interacted with someone who has genuine concern for their clients, being in the customer service industry is very stressful and we interact with different characters every day but Pule sure knows how to keep his composure... He kept calling me to find out whether I was still fine and that who will be picking up my car to the dealer... Thank you so much for making me feel like I am the only client. Please give that man a raise, he deserves it... Kea leboga hle.......
