Give Zanele a raise, he was so so so wonderful! I got stranded next to the road on a Sunday afternoon, gave roadside assistance a call and spoke to Zanele, he got down to business I M M E D I A T E L Y. Talked me through the whole process, got a tow truck out ASAP and regularly called to check up on me. Very chuffed with the service I received.

One of our company vehicles had been towed on the 19th April from our business premises due to an electrical fault and was parked at the towing yard for a week. Numerous calls to Renault Roadside assist proved to be a waste if time. I was informed that the vehicle was towed to Renault Port Elizabeth and then the next day when I queried I was told it was taken to Automall East London. On the 26th April I went to Automall and was told the vehicle was not there. I made contact with the towing company and was advised that the vehicle was still in their yard and will be towed to Automall on the same day. Renault South Africa/Roadside Assist clearly cannot communicate with their clients and don't seem interested in resolving issues. The Staff at Automall East London showed no interest in resolving the issue. Renault South Africa Still have not reached out to try and resolve or apologise for what has transpired.

I got involved in a motor accident on the 1st of January. The consultants were remorseful and kind. They ensured I'm OK and ensured that I follow the correct processes. Thank you for your flawless service!

What a pleasant experience to be assisted by the friendly call centre staff. I had to use your assistance twice after a battery fault of the Duster of my wife. You kept her informed of the recovery process and made sure that she is iformed of the timeline of the contractor, whom was fast in intending to her assistance. You guys kept on follwing - up the progress. You are champs

Great service from renault road side assistance, my vehicle was not starting in my yard last week. i tried everything i could to get it started with no luck, i then realised my vehicle is still covered under the warranty and road side assistance, i gave them a call, and within 20 minutes the assistance was sent. The guy kept me updated with the entire process which was of great help. #BlackFriday

I am having a terrible day after a car accident on Sunday I phoned Renault roadside assistance on **********9 and I was given a number ********** to get assistance with regards to my claim. I was assisted by Mary who instructed SM Towing to come and assist us. I am 8 months pregnant and was driving with my 11 year old daughter who was shocked as nobody's business when the accident happened. It was just after 17:30 when the accident happened and I immediately went on Google to search for Renault insurance service provider as I didn't have neither my laptop nor my policy documents. I got the Renault contact details and was given another number to call as shocked as we were we managed to get hold of Mary who authorised for a towing truck to come and assist us. They came after 1:30 minutes with the towing truck after they sent a couple to come and stay with us. On Monday morning I was sent my policy documents by Gift Maake from Sasfin HRS and I contacted her immediately she asked for the towing company's card so that they can confirm if I have used the correct people who were authorised by Renault. To my surprise this morning (Thursday) I got called by Sanele to advise me that my claim has been rejected as they did not authorise the towing assistance. So I was asked why didn't I take the number down and always have it at hand. Accidents are unexpected my laptop was left back home and I was taking my 11 year old daughter to my parents so in other words I must always have my policy documents with me everywhere I go. I am sure I am going to go into labour this afternoon as my blood pressure is rising high should anything happen to my baby I don't know what will happen. I have never had any problems with my other insurances and this is attracting more from the towing company. I regret buying from Renault So after writing my review here no one from Renault bothered to contact me regarding my complaint. I am taking it to the ombudsman.

Incredible service received from Pule I would like to commend Pule for the incredible service I received from him and express my heartfelt gratitude, my car was acting up tonight on my way back from work and I got really scared as I am a woman on the road, at night and it was dark... So I called into the Renault roadside assistance center and was greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman who was willing to listen attentively to my problems, never have I interacted with someone who has genuine concern for their clients, being in the customer service industry is very stressful and we interact with different characters every day but Pule sure knows how to keep his composure... He kept calling me to find out whether I was still fine and that who will be picking up my car to the dealer... Thank you so much for making me feel like I am the only client. Please give that man a raise, he deserves it... Kea leboga hle.......
