Great service from Zanele
Give Zanele a raise, he was so so so wonderful! I got stranded next to the road on a Sunday afternoon, gave roadside assistance a call and spoke to Zanele, he got down to business I M M E D I A T E L Y. Talked me through the whole process, got a tow truck out ASAP and regularly called to check up on me. Very chuffed with the service I received.

Terrible service
Bought a washing machine. Door handle stuck and we contacted both AEG and Makro. We’ve been waiting a week for assistance. Still nothing.

Terrible service
Customer service is extremely terrible, you can try and call but you wont get any answer, they hang up on you. Their estimated delivery time is far of and they just keep recalculating. Wish Cottonon would stop using such a awful courier service.

Reliable service and friendly staff
Scheduled my package for the 14th, I wasn’t at home when the courier came to deliver, they rescheduled to today, had to leave hom at 15:00. Called them and received assistance immediately. Got hold of my courier, Alberto, the friendliest man and was more than willing to drop of my package before then.

Great service
Ordered 5 textbooks during lockdown, estimated delivery was the 17th of June, received my package the 15th. Great packaging, great delivery. Would recommend
