Ive done a withdrawal on the 12/11/2019 - today is the 20/11/2019 and i have not received any funds whatsoever!! Ridiculous Service! #BlackFriday Thieves!
I ordered via uber eats, the estimated waiting time was set an hour for delivery, from the KFC FLORIDA ROAD in Durban, received a call from them 20minutes later advising the Delivery guy is waiting outside my premises! Amazing speedy service! The food was Amazing, Crunchy Hot Zinger Burgers! #BlackFriday Specials for NOvember!
Great service from renault road side assistance, my vehicle was not starting in my yard last week. i tried everything i could to get it started with no luck, i then realised my vehicle is still covered under the warranty and road side assistance, i gave them a call, and within 20 minutes the assistance was sent. The guy kept me updated with the entire process which was of great help. #BlackFriday

Dissapointing Service! Calls not been answered after holding on for over 40 minutes! Emails not responded to! I deposited funds to my mt4 account on the 09/10/2019. Today is the 16/10/2019 and noone can answer for what is going on?? al they is is they will escalate it to the finance department which i heard atleast 5 times from 5 different people yet NOTHING has been done. Service is pathetic! way out of SLA!
Ive had a problem with my debit order not going off, I couldn't do a payment using my Visa card, which eventually led to my Fibre service been suspended at 9:00am, I called the Web Africa Support Line, and was anwered by Sinethemba who promptly assisted with the EFT Payment process and what to do to have my service re instated. I did the payment and forwarded the proof at 11:30 and called back to be answered bt Nosipho who was agile and handled my case in less than 5 minutes my service was up and running. Thank you guys for your wonderful and delightful experience! Keep it up.
I got to the store around 7:30pm there were 3 people in the queu, i got to the front at 7:45 - 5 minutes for each person as the person at the till hd to pack pizzas in boxes between taking orders - shouldnt there be other staff doing that ??. 8pm im still at the store waiting for my pizza watching people who came in after me receive their orders before me whilst i was told the ones that order the "Special" gets preference. she was reffering to the 2 pizzas and the 1.5l - i mean shouldnt all customers be treated equally ?? i received my pizza at 8:17pm. A full 32 Minutes Later!! I headed back home to my Hungry Family, we got in to the first bite "YUCK" to find out the base of the pizza was not baked properly, it was still raw dough which was just the cherry on top! Worst experience ever!
