Do not try to to get an issue sorted out with the call center on a Saturday afternoon. It happened now twice, firstly myself and now my spouse. On 16 Mar 24 my wife contacted the call center to resolve an issue with a payment she made to another party but the consultant was unhelpful and rude and it seems that the consultant just wanted to end the call quickly. The funny part is that my wife received a message that the issue was resolved satisfactory. I really would like to have a personal interview with the owner of Capitec Bank.
What a pleasant experience to be assisted by the friendly call centre staff. I had to use your assistance twice after a battery fault of the Duster of my wife. You kept her informed of the recovery process and made sure that she is iformed of the timeline of the contractor, whom was fast in intending to her assistance. <p>I reported a situation to the customer care department regarding the no signal problem in the Birchleigh Kempton Park area, the same occured in 2014 and was then rectified. Customer care phoned me back on 16 Sept 16 and informed me that Vodacom is planning to errect a new tower in the area to handle the amount of traffic and I informed him that this was also the excuse given to me in 2014. The operator was so arrogent in telling me that I must then take my contract to another service provider. I realy would like to make personaly contact with the CEO of Vodacom asit seems that Vodacom does not care about its revenue or its customers.</p>
My father in law, who is a pensioner reacted on an advert placed in the Beeld newspaper dated 9 February 2016 stating that he can get an test and a bi- focal frame and lenses for a price of R 799 and valid until 15 February 2016. He confirmed that the price is valid when he phoned them but when he visited them on 13 February 2016 he had the pay an amount of R 1099. On query the manager said that the advert was placed by the head office and not by his branch. This advert is however placed in an well known newspaper and the areas mentioned in the advert includes Kempton Park. This action contravene the advertising standards and is fraud.
My wife and I returned from Bloemhof on 17 Dec 15 to Johannesburg and stopped at the Ultra City outside Klerksdorp for breakfast. We waited about 45 minutes for our breakfasts and after receiving it found the standard of food preparation very dissatisfying. My wife's breakfast was cold and the chips was old and over fried. I think it is absurd to pay R115 for this poor quality of food. We left the Steers without eating breakfast.<br> I will not recommend this Steers to my fellow anglers and future clients.
I bought a RivaCase 3012 cover for my new 7 inch tablet on 21 Feb 2015 to the value of R 299.90. On 13 July 2015 I took the case back for a warranty claim as one of the plastic arms broke when I tried to slip it back over my tab when I changed the sim card for the first time after I bought the tab. I was just informed that the cover cannot be changed as it is normal breakage and not covered by the warranty. The cover is brand new and I cannot except the fact that this item can just break after one usage. I will therefor try my utmost best to discourage future clients to by from this franchise if this is the attitude. I will be glad if the franchise can change this new cover as the breakage of the arm is not my fault but surely a manufacturing fault.
