#Blackfriday I had the most traumatic experience recently with regards to funds being debited from my account without my permission, was transferred to a lady called Nthabeleng, a very rude someone who I feel she doesn't have any sympathy or at least try to put herself in your shoes and understand what you're going through, please teach your staff telephone etiquette, they honestly need it. This lady was honestly disengaged and sounded like she wants me to get off the phone as soon as possible so that she can go back to whatever she was busy with. It's not the first time I've had this issue before and the lady who assisted me was not as cold as Nthabeleng was, there is a way of talking to clients and Nthabeleng should learn that
What disappointing service I received from them, I paid for my order and it was never delivered and they said they did not receive the proof of payment, I sent countless emails with the proof of payment but it was not actioned, I was then advised to pay again and I will be refunded the first amount, since July I have been following up but I am not getting any response from them, their service is just awful.
On Monday we went to Pick n Pay in Blu Valley Kosmosdal to buy some groceries, the fruits first of all are not fresh, we had to exchange the oranges as some were rotten, we bought a packet of bananas and hardly even 2 days they are all rotten and changed colour to black, almost every fruit we bought there is rotting now. I'm really disgusted by this, it is not how we should be treated or served, I wonder if a food inspector even comes there to check the quality of the food they sell to us. Beautiful place with ever so friendly owners, Rod and Cathy are by far the greatest hosts, the place is clean, big and beautiful.. I wouldn't mind going there again and again. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, no noise, just peace. Thank you Rod and Cathy for the lovely weekend, you will see us again very soon
Never in my life have I received such bad service from Capitec bank, I've been with them for 9 years now but clearly I'm not considered as an important client. A few days ago my app stopped working after I had spoken to one of the ladies who said someone was using my token to get money from my account. Today I spoke to 3 consultants and none of them could tell me what was wrong with my app, I have wasted more that R100 of airtime calling these people only to get ridiculous answers. I need someone to call me urgently to assist me or ****** close my account, I'll take my services elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never experienced such a terrible service from Donna, I've been calling since 2:30 in the afternoon, all the branches no one answers the phone, is this the kind of service we should be receiving from you guys? I called Wonderpark there was no answer, I called Wonderboom, still no answer, I even called Soshanguve, still no answer from them as well. Can someone please be in contact with me urgently as I really need to speak to someone... This is not what I was expecting from this store...
Never have I been so disgusted with the service I received from Debonairs Pizza in Mabopane Square, I have since placed an order at 17:56 online now it's 20:20 and my order still hasn't arrived, I recently had an operation and had to drive to the store only to be told that the driver was out already but even now he hasn't arrived, I drove back and still he is not here.. I'm never buying Debonairs again, your service is disgraceful
The ****iest company I've ever been with, people please do not insure with this company, you will be sorry... Zandile /Zanele from client services was so rude as hell, and Gerhard from retentions was also rude, he had the audacity to even laugh at me while I was talking to show that I am nothing, clearly my premium doesn't mean anything to them so that is the reason why they turned me into a laughing stock, I want all my premiums back, I don't care how you do it but bring my money back and cancel this ****EN INSURANCE
I am really not happy with the service I'm receiving right now, ever since I registered a claim on Monday I have not found any joy with Budget insurance. No one has even bothered to call me and update me on my claim. I had to call in on Wednesday and was told that my claim hasn't been allocated to anyone. How long does it take for a claim to be allocated to an advisor? Then I was advised that someone would call me by Friday and I specifically requested to be called at 2 as it will be my lunch break but no one has bothered. If this is how I am going to be treated then I'd rather take my business elsewhere. I will be cancelling my insurance after this because clearly we are not as valuable as we thought we were.
