I have personally travelled more than twice from Mpumalanga to Pretoria, only to leave disappointed each time due to parts not being available/fault or the issue not being resolved. This ongoing situation is completely unacceptable.I am currently driving a vehicle with a window that cannot open at all. This is extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, and I feel suffocated while driving. It is both frustrating and unfair that I have had to wait SIX MONTHS for what should be a straightforward repair.I have shown patience and cooperation throughout this process, but my concerns have still not been addressed adequately. I now request immediate intervention and a clear, urgent resolution to this matter.
