RENEW HAIR COLOUR WRONG PRODUCT IN BOX

Twice in 12 months have I bought Renew hair colour light brown 6.3 and my hair came out purple....both times have I reported it to the customer service and they have done Nothing...both times I had to get my hair stripped and coloured again by professional.....shame on you for ripping us off like this 🤬🤬🤬🤬
