Lekkeslaap do not inspect and rate the guesthouses they advertise on their website
After several complaints to lekkeslaap regarding a guesthouse advertised on their website they just pull up their shoulders and do nothing to inspect or rate the facility....the facility is advertised as a guesthouse but is run as a shebeen for contractors with all kinds of people coming and going there all hours if the day.....the music, fighting and alcohol consumption is out of control, the state of the property is unreal gardens unattended to overgrown by trees....I feel sorry for guests that is going to fall for this false advertising and book accommodation there it is really not a place where I would like to spend my holiday at

STILL NO REFUND OR COLLECTION
Wrote a review on Makro Online on Friday24 January 2025 regarding no collection of faulty TV Box I am sad to say that it was still not collected or refunded after 18 days of return request were done.... customer service is non existent after about 10 e.mails and 5 calls it is still just promises and no action 😡 Worst experience ever I payed for something that I cannot use at all and no refund to replace it 🤢

NO REFUND ON FAULTY PRODUCT
Ordered 2 items online from MAKRO firstly they delivered my parcel to the wrong people then they delivered an extra item that was not mine.....the driver then started harassing me for the item that was delivered to the neighbour.....worst of all 1 item was faulty.and.I requested a return.within 2 days of receiving it, this was 14 days ago and still no collection or refund....they are quick to take your money but not so quick to give.it back....worst experience ever....never again.substandard products that is faulty....be warned 😞

RENEW HAIR COLOUR WRONG PRODUCT IN BOX
Twice in 12 months have I bought Renew hair colour light brown 6.3 and my hair came out purple....both times have I reported it to the customer service and they have done Nothing...both times I had to get my hair stripped and coloured again by professional.....shame on you for ripping us off like this 🤬🤬🤬🤬

BAD SERVICE 🤬 NO FEEDBACK 🤮
OMW 1 month and already having problems with my 20/20meg Uncapped fiber....non existent download speed and if you download you cannot connect to anything else it buffers all the time....I am going to regret this decision just like Rain 😡🤬

Rain does not collect their useless router and sim after cancelling
So Rain why do you not collect your router and sim card from my premises as requested on 23/02/2023 when I cancelled and activated my fiber....is it so useless that not even you want it back told you it belong in the trash 1.5 month worst experience of my life....you are totally useless on 5G and 4G

My Rain internet has been cancelled I packed up their JUNK on 23/02/2023 for COLLECTION they are IGNORING me as expected 🤬😡🤮 Connected my FIBER on 23/02/2023 what a pleasure having uninterrupted internet connection I cannot be happier....NOW to get this RAIN JUNK off my property 🥴

RAIN 5G and 4G INTERNET PERMANENTLY DOWN 😠😡🤬🤮
Once again Rain 5G and 4G cannot deliver a service 2 hours connection in a week and since yesterday completely down AGAIN 🤬🤮 still no battery backup at their towers....what a shame I would be so embarrassed if I am them...1 week to go then I am rid of them cannot wait

RAIN INTERNET AND NEDBANK FRAUDS 😡🤮
BE WARNED Rain will keep on deducting money from your account after you cancelled your internet with them you cannot stop it at your bank or reverse it you must declare a dispute on this fraudulant activity on your account and pay R150.00 to get this done....Nedbank you are just as pathetic as @rainsouthafrica FRAUDS 😡🤮🤬
