Missing Items from Vehicle and no feedback
Another negative review due to lack of customer service.
I received my car back (18 days later mind you) and noticed that my Logbook Tracker and USB-C cable were nowhere to be seen. What is interesting is that the same lady (Linda) from my previous negative review returned it to the car after i told them that they needed to stay in the car.
While i understand this was at my own risk, i just find it interesting that it has just disappeared. To make matters worse, i followed up with Mbali and have received absolutely no feedback.
