Another negative review due to lack of customer service. I received my car back (18 days later mind you) and noticed that my Logbook Tracker and USB-C cable were nowhere to be seen. What is interesting is that the same lady (Linda) from my previous negative review returned it to the car after i told them that they needed to stay in the car. While i understand this was at my own risk, i just find it interesting that it has just disappeared. To make matters worse, i followed up with Mbali and have received absolutely no feedback.
Poor customer treatment from Linda. She has a terrible attitude and needs to treat customers better considering she is based at front desk. I was unhappy to sign a document requiring me to have 10 litres of fuel in my car. She says its needed to move the car in and outside the gate.I said I'd read the bible twice in 1 go if my car used 10 litres of fuel for such a small distance. She then proceeded to tell me (sarcastically), maybe I need to read the bible. As you know, there is alot of news about panel beaters taking joy rides in customers cars so I am not wrong to be cautious.
I have been struggling to get confirmation of my Birthday Celebration claim since 2nd December. I bought a QLED 8K TV on 28/11 and immediately submitted the required documents in order to claim the Tab S10FE and Q Series sound bar. I received feedback on 02/12 asking me to resubmit the receipt which did I so immediately. Since 02/12, i have had no feedback at all. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of feedback.
I am very disappointed in the service I have received while trying to resolve an account payment issue that was not my fault. Firstly, your debit order did not run on the 1st of April. Why, you need to tell me? There was sufficient money in the account and it has ran successfully from my Discovery account for 6 months+. Second, I got an SMS on the 2nd of April informing of the payment not being received and I should make payment ASAP. I went into the Cell C app to check and made use of the "pay now" option, fill in my details and made the payment by Payfast. I then get a call around the 9th of April from your collection department which surprised me as I had done everything on my end. The lady then asked me to send my bank statement showing the transaction to "collectionsqueries@cellc.co.za" with the following reference in the subject "199896451" which I did and got a response to say that I would received feedback within 72 hours. I heard nothing back so assumed all was ok. Fast forward to the 16th of April and my line gets blocked. I phoned in to customer care, the gentleman could not find the reference but asked me to forward the email to him ("Mesuli Pindela" <mesuli.pindela@merchantscx.co.za>) and I still have not received any feedback. Keep in mind that this is a business line so I will hold Cell C responsible for any lost business because of this.
How difficult can it be to cancel a month to month contract? I have been trying for 2 days, being sent from your store to the call center and back again. I then call now and am told you guys have network issues. MTN having network issues is a joke? I did not have to spend so much time cancelling my contract at Cell C, maybe i should go back!
Amazing platform to break up large purchases over longer periods than competitors like Pay Just Now or Payflex. I was able to purchase a Phone and Tablet over 6 months without any interest vs other options that gave me 6 - 8 weeks.
I am shocked to hear of a downgrade fee of R245. My monthly club membership is R300/month but yet it costs me almost the same to downgrade from a premier membership. I would love to understand what costs are incurred in order to downgrade a membership? To me its a simple system update. Ridiculous considering i have been a member almost 10 years
Order placed 24/11 Scheduled delivery 29/11 but i have still not received my order. Every day since the 29/11, i have received an SMS to expect delivery that day, i waited at home (I would normally work in an office) and still nothing. I am disgusted at this considering the amount of products i have ordered just this year alone .
I am extremely disappointed at the turnaround time on an online cellphone contract application. The whole point of doing something online is so it is easier and quicker than going into a physical store. I app**** on Tuesday evening, it is now already Friday and still noone has been in contact with me. If i had gone in store, we would already have had the phone for a few days. Order Number: 130827543
Terrible experience trying to redeem an offer from Samsung Online Store for a R2000 voucher. This was offered to me for purchasing the Galaxy Flip 4 which i specifically bought around release day so i could use this voucher to get headphones which are desperately needed. It has been back and forth for over a month with excuse after excuse. First i was told they had a system issue without updates then i was told that my claim was validated but they could not issue the voucher. Now its been another 14 days without any feedback. At this moment, i will never buy another Samsung phone (I have owned a Fold 3, S22, S21 FE and now flip 4 on the last 2 years so you will be losing a good customer.
