SOFIEEE IS AN ANGEL!!!!!!

I was in a car accident in March, and my car was taken to Renewit Sandton. The insurance paid their part, but I still had to pay a R35,000 excess, which was really difficult since I had just come back from maternity leave. I was stressed, broke, and honestly didn’t think my car would ever look the same again.

Then an angel named Sofie reached out, explained everything clearly, and even helped me set up a payment plan. Throughout the process, Sofie and Tia were incredibly kind and supportive — never once did they threaten or pressure me, even when I struggled to make payments. They always encouraged me and kept me updated about my car.

After seven long months, I finally collected my car yesterday — and I cried when I saw it. It looked brand new, even better than I expected! I’m so grateful to Sofie, Tia, and the Renewit Sandton team for their patience, understanding, and excellent work.
