I was in a car accident in March, and my car was taken to Renewit Sandton. The insurance paid their part, but I still had to pay a R35,000 excess, which was really difficult since I had just come back from maternity leave. I was stressed, broke, and honestly didn’t think my car would ever look the same again. Then an angel named Sofie reached out, explained everything clearly, and even helped me set up a payment plan. Throughout the process, Sofie and Tia were incredibly kind and supportive — never once did they threaten or pressure me, even when I struggled to make payments. They always encouraged me and kept me updated about my car. After seven long months, I finally collected my car yesterday — and I cried when I saw it. It looked brand new, even better than I expected! I’m so grateful to Sofie, Tia, and the Renewit Sandton team for their patience, understanding, and excellent work. Thank you also to the manager, who helped when I needed more time to raise funds. You all went above and beyond. 🙏 THANK YOU, RENEWIT SANDTON! You turned a stressful experience into something I’ll always be grateful for. ❤️
Dear Gomo Team, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Gomo for promptly moving my matter to a different consultant after I raised a complaint about Joyce. This was the first time I had encountered any unprofessionalism at Gomo, and I truly appreciate how efficiently the situation was handled. My case was transferred to Veronica Baloyi, who resolved the matter in a very professional and kind manner. I am deeply thankful for her assistance and empathy. Veronica is not the first consultant at Gomo to treat me with such kindness — even after my accident, when I requested a payment break, the consultants who assisted me were very helpful and sympathetic. I truly appreciate the excellent service and genuine care shown by your team. Thank you for continuing to uphold such high standards of professionalism and compassion.
After receiving an SMS about my account being in arrears following a payment break, I contacted Gomo to explain my situation. I informed Joyce that I would be able to pay my regular instalment at the end of this month, and that I planned to start settling the arrears from the end of October. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging my situation or engaging with me in a constructive manner, Joyce showed little interest in what I was saying. I tried to explain that I missed my recent payment due to being involved in a car accident, and that my vehicle is still at the panel beaters. Despite this, Joyce insisted that she could not accept my request unless I submitted supporting documents, and repeatedly stated that she would cut the call when I asked for clarification. I was very disappointed with her lack of empathy and professionalism. This experience left me feeling that I was being spoken to by a “robot” rather than a person who understood my circumstances. I believe such behaviour does not reflect the service standard I have experienced in my other interactions with Gomo, where consultants have generally been helpful and professional.
I just moved in into one of their new apartments at the Atlas.Their service is 10/10 I must so *****heres one particular guy that has been very helpful to me by the name of Linga.I had a last minute application during the week of Easter holidays and I was struggling to get hold the admin stuff to do a follow with my application progress I called in Linga took over my application and made sure that he makes sure I pay and secured my unit.that time I was not even in Johannesburg.I came back on Sunday for moving he was there with Mbali for to give me my keys even though there were challenges but they both made sure they sort everything out and gave me my key.I love the apartments very spacious and beautiful.Thank you Linga for your all your efforts it really made my moving peacefully because I had someone I could talk regarding my moving over the phone even on a public holiday you didn’t hesitate to respond to my messages 🙏🏻
I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider Okuhle was very helpful to me with my bad connection he assisted me and called me later on to check if am still connected. I give him 10/10
