Terrible service - extremely slow and no communication
Terrible communication, extremely slow service, no updates and totally disinterested staff who frankly do not want to assist at all. Avoid at all costs.

02 Dec 2025, 14:16I got my car back today and the service manual is missing. I was advised that someone would contact me today and drop off the service manual (and a bag with all the other items they took out of the vehicle), but they have not contacted me and are not answering my calls. Please can you urgently contact me and return my belongings - especially the service manual.
