Most Pathetic Management Company
Most pathetic management company I've ever seen. Please do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at any property managed by these people.
We're staying at The View Morningside for close to 2 years now. Our apartment is on the second last floor, no one at Renprop disclosed that the apartments above and below ours are B&B's. I understand they're not obligated, however, I have been dealing with the worst noise I've ever experienced before in my life and this is over many years of staying in apartments.
I've notified them on multiple occasions, they do not have a policy of helping tenants. On the last incident they've just flatout been ignoring me and any of my mails/complaints - I look forward to issues with my deposit once we vacate after our lease expires.

While we understand that ongoing noise can be frustrating, this particular matter falls outside Renprop’s direct management responsibilities. We remain committed to addressing issues within our scope and ensuring that our residents enjoy a fair and well-managed living environment.
