I posted previously about Renprop. I want to make another post about just how bad they treat their tenants. Please DO NOT STAY at any property managed by Renprop. In my previous post I mentioned issues with the B&B guests, the noise they make and the lack of response from Renprop themselves. They do not have any standard when they manage their properties. They keep tenants and B&B guests extremely close to each other, the apartments above and below me are B&B's. Over the past few weeks the noise has been escalating. After the multiple mails sent to Renprop and RECORDINGS I've sent through they've responded saying that there is nothing they can do unless the guards have heard the noise themselves, despite literal RECORDINGS. They also have different agreements with B&B guests which prevent them from taking action against them. On top of all of this, they've also informed me that I can not complain about about guests above me dragging furniture or stomping on the ground till all hours of the morning. PLEASE SAVE yourselves the headache and DO NOT rent any of their properties they are absolutely pathetic.
Most pathetic management company I've ever seen. Please do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at any property managed by these people. We're staying at The View Morningside for close to 2 years now. Our apartment is on the second last floor, no one at Renprop disclosed that the apartments above and below ours are B&B's. I understand they're not obligated, however, I have been dealing with the worst noise I've ever experienced before in my life and this is over many years of staying in apartments. I've notified them on multiple occasions, they do not have a policy of helping tenants. On the last incident they've just flatout been ignoring me and any of my mails/complaints - I look forward to issues with my deposit once we vacate after our lease expires.
This is the worst Sushi I have ever had in my entire life. Please don't be fooled by the food they showcase on Mr D and Uber Eats, it's disgusting. The sushi was made up of 90% and looks like it was made by a toddler but they charge regular sushi prices. Please save your money, there's way better restaurants than this one. If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would have.
I have been struggling with an outage on my ISP for some time now and they have to wait on Vumatel, the turnaround times for them to give information to your ISP are ridiculous and unfortunately you are at their mercy, there's nothing you can do, they have no contact details if you'd like to speak to an actual technician. Please if you have the opportunity do not use an ISP who uses Vumatels lines!
If you are thinking of using this ISP rather save your money. They use a chatbot to handle customer service queries so it's near impossible to have an actual conversation with a human and they take forever to respond to you when they do. Good luck if you ever have any internet issues as they cannot handle any technical service queries as they need Vumatel to fix. They also have a tendency to lie when you ask them for updates by keep repeating the same thing over and over again that they escalating the fault, please rather save your money and go with another ISP.
Horrible service. Apparently there's an outage but they don't communicate this to you. I have tried phoning them but they don't have a tech support line only a WhatsApp line which I have been messaging but they do not respond at all. In other words there is no way of getting a hold of them.
You’d probably have more luck using a dial-up connection. I’m not kidding, the service is that bad. Intermittent speeds, slow response times, constant maintenance and last but not least they still hike the price when their service is so bad. If I had a choice, I definitely would not use them.
