Firstly, I would like to personally send a massive thank you to Sean Rademeyer who took my very upset call well after working hours when we realized that we may have been ****med, he listened very calmly and then promised me that he would call me the next day with advice on what to do. He kept his word, and he called back. He wasn’t impatient even though I found myself repeating everything and he even managed to make the call more personal. After the saga, he then proceeded to assist us in procuring what we needed and advising us along the way by choosing the correct bed for our needs. No hassle in timelines or empty promise as to what would happen next. Everything he said, he did.
