Service and account do not work together.... accounts is so confused.... and Calvin is rude, not impressed with how he handled the situation and the way he treated my wife. You dont call months after an account is in arrears and then tell your client dont expect to get a month free when we did not even know, nor were we aware of this. We hope the head office can contact us and resolve this issue. We would like to deal with someone either than Calvin. I'm absolutely disappointed. Poor service delivery Also phoned me in October. 7 months after, too, apologize. Offer to exchange my bed for a new one to provide a better rating. !!! Guess what????? It is now December, and no call nor responding on WhatsApp, nothing. Service did not change. Poor service delivery again.
