Awesomeness for Future customers...!!
Good day Unfortunately this is not a compliment at all nor a complaint. I would see this as a awareness for future services for other customers. See picture attached as a reason to my awesomeness. Unfortunately i could not send a picture. Installation done today and tada.... After installation done.... still no connection after 2 weeks. Spoken to Garren (manager) and said we can only get connected through the WhatsApp robot line wich is also only available during the week. Get it ..... robots work only in the week now.😂🤔 Delivery of a new router is also to be done first before we can be connected. Old router still not collected also. Old router not working on this installation. VOX!!!!!! Your reputation precedes you.... Well done 👏

Poor service delivery
Service and account do not work together.... accounts is so confused.... and Calvin is rude, not impressed with how he handled the situation and the way he treated my wife. You dont call months after an account is in arrears and then tell your client dont expect to get a month free when we did not even know, nor were we aware of this. We hope the head office can contact us and resolve this issue. We would like to deal with someone either than Calvin. I'm absolutely disappointed. Poor service delivery Also phoned me in October. 7 months after, too, apologize. Offer to exchange my bed for a new one to provide a better rating. !!! Guess what????? It is now December, and no call nor responding on WhatsApp, nothing. Service did not change. Poor service delivery again.

First time customer, good service.
First bed we ordered last year no problems except for account issues. 2nd bed though we paid for delivery and first months payment has been deducted and only hot delivery 3 weeks later after a big argument. Eventually got our bed after all the constant follow-ups.

Worst service ever 😒
I have been trying to get service for more than 15 days now.... still can't tell me what is happening or even using the wrong address and wait again for nothing.... you can not speak to anyone except the sales people and they are not so helpful as it is not a sale. Terrible service 😑 😒 very unhappy 🙁
