I cancelled my contract in January 2026, I paid the penalty fees and the items were collected. End of February the debit order went off again and I've been trying to get hold of Jamie at the accounts department since last week to sort it out. The ladies answering the phones keeps on saying she will phone me back, but she never does. I was a client for a few years, but this service makes me doubt that I ever want to do business with them again
