I cancelled my contract in January 2026, I paid the penalty fees and the items were collected. End of February the debit order went off again and I've been trying to get hold of Jamie at the accounts department since last week to sort it out. The ladies answering the phones keeps on saying she will phone me back, but she never does. I was a client for a few years, but this service makes me doubt that I ever want to do business with them again
Planet 42 - who gave you permission or the right to take an early debit for my car payment when my debit date is the 25th of every month? Now you say it will take 7 - 14 days to refund, how does that work? This is absolutely pathetic and in breach of contract
I have been struggling to get someone from ABSA to help me for the last 2 days and I've spoken to 5 different people, no one is helping me. Just is pathetic service for a client that pays almost R1000 in banking charges
I ordered a product from Homechoice on 23 December 2023. It's 22 January 2024 I haven't received anything else. I've phone 5 times but the phone keeps cutting out. I've send emails and all I get is they've send messages to the warehouse but no one phones me back or tell me where my product item is. This is the worst service. When you phone for sales they quick to answer to phone but can't assist with your query. I still don't know where my item is and would like a refund so I can order from someone who can actually assist me.
I bought a car through Planet 42 in August 2022, my car license expired in December 2022 and I'm still struggling to get the renewed license from them. I have send countless emails and WhatsApp messages and all they say is they'll get back to me. My car is currently not licensed to be on the road, what do I do now?
I did an upgrade with MTN direct and when I got my sim card it wasn't working. I 1st went to the MTN store in Wonderboom Juction and a Zelna assisted me by activating my sim card and she told me the package wasn't changed so she logged a call on her system. She told me I had 1Gig data. When I tried at home to connect I got a message saying my data was depleted which I don't understand because I was just told I had 1Gig data so where did it disappear to ? I went back to the MTN store today and after waiting for 20 minutes without someone greeting or even looking up at the shop full of people a very RUDE unfriendly consultant by the name of Tembani Buthelezi called me. I don't know why she did because from the start she had this horrible attitude and was very impatient and unfriendly. I try to tell her about my situation but she was so busy on her phone she finally took my sim card and said I must call 808 if I want itemised billing. I told her I don't want itemised billing because I didn't even use the sim card and she told me that she can't help me, there was no effort from her side to try and help me. I told her I don't have time for her bad attitude and she told me she doesn't have time for me either ?? Is this the way a consultant is supposed to treat a long standing loyal customer of your company ?? I have been in the service industry myself for over 25 years and NEVER have I experienced this kind of rudeness. I can assure you I will NEVER go back to that store again and I will warn my friends and family against going there as well. I still don't know where my data went because I can't find anyone at MTN willing to help me, I should have rather cancelled my contract. Absolutely shocking !!!
