I would like to express my deep disappointment with Rental Cars.com regarding a recent incident. My brother travelled from the UK and made a payment for the car. He then cancelled the booking upon arrival in Cape Town and was assured that a refund would be given. However, now Rental Cars.com is refusing to refund us, leaving us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. We hope that Rental Cars.com takes immediate action to address this issue and provide a resolution.
