Motor vehicle broke

Saw a car on their website. And I called the number on the ad . On the ad they said no money to spend the car is in good shape . 2 weeks later the car broke I called the dealership he said I must bring it and when I brought it back he changed and didn't wanna assist me . I contacted cars they sent me to ombudsman , ombudsman sends me to consumers rights . I bought this car for cash but no one is willing to assist me I'm being taken from 1 to the next .
