Bad service for human settlement at alberton

Alberton human settlement is failling us. Everyday every week everymonth.. People go there. People registered 1996 they tell them they are on waiting list.. I registered 2004 still no rdp how they say I'm on waiting list

I want my deposit

I wanted to give 5 stars because I stayed there for 2 years at elevate without any issues besides few thing there and there but the building manager was a call away. I moved end of September did everything right and on the 15th October received a statement about my deposit but now they giving me a round around saying I shud send bank statement which I did now they don't respond to my emails. And I called the building manager he said he's not allowed to quiry the deposit issue. So what dio u guys do is not right in sending email s but no respond

UNPAID CLAIM

MY MOTHER JOINED THIS INSURANCE 5 YEARS AGO AND SHE COVERED MY DAD . NOW THAT MY DAD PASSED AWAY SHE CLAIMED AND THEY TELLING HER SHE NEVER COVERED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS 71 AT THE TIME . SO WE ASKING WHY WAS SHE NOT TOLD THAT AND LET HER PAY THINKING ALL IS WELL . THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PEOPLE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THAT MAKES THEM JOIN MUST GET COMISSSION OR WHAT . I DO HV MY INSURANCES AND I KNOW HOW IT GOES BUT FOR OLDER PERSON ITS A DIFFERENT STORY .IF BUY ANY MEANS THERES A RECORDING OF WHEN IT WAS EXPALINED TO HER CAN WE HV IT .OR THE PERSON THAT MADE HER JOIN CAN THEY COME OUT . THIS IS NOT FAIR . U PLAYING WITH OLDER PEOPLE YOU TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEM .

Mac's auto

Bought a car 2 weeks car broke I called mac's auto he told me to bring it when I get there he's behaviour and attitude changed then I left the car He doesn't wanna fix it and when I bought it on the ad it said no money to spend the car is in good condition . It's been 4 months now .

Motor vehicle broke

Saw a car on their website. And I called the number on the ad . On the ad they said no money to spend the car is in good shape . 2 weeks later the car broke I called the dealership he said I must bring it and when I brought it back he changed and didn't wanna assist me . I contacted cars they sent me to ombudsman , ombudsman sends me to consumers rights . I bought this car for cash but no one is willing to assist me I'm being taken from 1 to the next . Please I need this dealership to refund me my money . Mac's auto at Rietfontein road in Boksburg

I hv been waiting for a call from their sales department to call me since I hv paid access... But still.. 3 weeks... Yes 3 weeks... I hv spoken to comfort, Nadia and more consultant I won't recall all. I need to be assisted that I even use my airtime to hold so long for them then they will tell you the sales will call u to choose a phone. No this company is a joke and I want to cancel but how cos no one is interested to hear me
