Cheating Rental

I have rented a car with the above mentioned company and i was reaped off.

Firstly i was told that the rental was going to be R5900 which i made the payment of the 20th December at 5:30am and went to collect the car at 10am and the collection was not a success as i didn't have a credit car. I then called rental car. com and a rude lady assisted me and told me i will loose my booking fee as the 48hrs has passed. to my surprise which 48hrs because i booked the car on the 20th and collecting was the 20th and it was only 4 and half hours.

why was i charged cancellation fee for 48hrs while i didn't take 48hrs to cancel but less than 5 hours. The lady was rude and didn't want to listen to my side of the story.

I need my balance of R900 as what they did is to cheat me .
