Capfin is busy ruining my credit score. i have paid them up in April but they have listed me as a missed payment in May. This is affecting me emotionally and mentally as i want to buy a car but struggle to qualify because of 1 stupid account which i have closed. I have called them, sent email but still no luck. i really want my profile cleaned and them removed as i dont owe them.
I took an Uber from my place to Temba and initial I was charged 390, the driver was driving reckless and smoking. Further more he took a route that has tollls and we paid for the tolls cash which were 3 however on the receipt it shows 3 tolls and we have asked his a route that has no tolls and he refused When we are arrived at the place he did have Network so he didn't end the trip and drove back for close to 10 minutes I could see he was driving without us that's I ended up ending the trip to my surprise I am charge more 507 for tollgate and time which doesn't make sense as it's the drivers fault as he didn't end the trip and also made us pay for tolls. We ask for our refund. My charge wa 390 why charge me extra 117. Stop ripped us off
I went to Ackermans collect in fourways mall looking for a phone under the foneyam contact. The sales person I think by the name of Tshepo was just too forward, serving and assisting 2 customers at a time. Under the privacy and confidential knowledge of customer, I don't think mine was protected yesterday. While assisting me to resisted my phone he was also serving the next customer who was also looking for a phone and what made me angry is the dishonesty of him telling me that the phone I wanted was not on contract. He also went as further as applying for ackermans account for me which I didn't ask for and this will go to my credit profile that I have app**** for an account and was trying to clean my profile so that I get a home loan. The last straw is when he didn't put the vodacom Sim card in the new phone which I have ricad with my id number. Because he was focused in 2 clients at once he didn't even realize that he didn't give me the Sim card. That is bad customer services. I stay in centurion side and the nearest shopping center is mall at r55, for me to travel back to fourways is time and petrol consuming but I want my Sim card. I have the slips so that I can compare the Sim card should you send the wrong Sim card. Tshepo need to learn customer services and manners we are older than him, he can't be asking us if we want Ben10. Sies man. I was annoyed but didn't want to show as I.was buying the phone for my Child.. the customer before me bought redmi 5 she was also irritated by the Tshepo guy.
We went to shoprite at ext 36 olievenhoutbosch on Friday morning and we bought veggies combo but the tomatoes were wrong. We told the cashier to return the item as they were not on special and this required an over right by the manager. The cashier called the manager, and we waited for almost 20 minutes for her to come. When she got to our till, without greeting she shouted at the cashier telling her she was in a serious meeting and she didn't want to be disturbed. I asked her what about us customers as we have been waiting as she started giving me attitude and her response was also of a rude person. I told her when she took the role of management she said she will serve us and not disrespect her customers and cashier but her response was still rude as she said she was not there to serve me and even threatened that she will not even over right the goods we were returning. When her colleagues tried to stop her she went on and on. I asked the security the name of the manager and they said her name is Nathi or Anathi with half cut and dreads.
I have paid up the account through your collection Hybrid and got paid up and closed up letter from them..but now on my account it appears as if I owe you. Why are you still messing with my credit profile while I have paid up your loan. Fix your mess
I have paid my Capfin loan and I was given a paid up letter in May but the account now appear as if I didn't owe Capfin while I was told by Onica that the account is closed. Stop ****ming people and fix your mess, I have paid up and closed the capfin account. Fix it on my credit report and stop lying

The agent is a ****. They came to install the wifi which they connected in the other house and it is not reaching my house. Now when I call the agent pholosho matlala he is not answering me. And I am expected to pay
I have rented a car with the above mentioned company and i was reaped off. Firstly i was told that the rental was going to be R5900 which i made the payment of the 20th December at 5:30am and went to collect the car at 10am and the collection was not a success as i didn't have a credit car. I then called rental car. com and a rude lady assisted me and told me i will loose my booking fee as the 48hrs has passed. to my surprise which 48hrs because i booked the car on the 20th and collecting was the 20th and it was only 4 and half hours. why was i charged cancellation fee for 48hrs while i didn't take 48hrs to cancel but less than 5 hours. The lady was rude and didn't want to listen to my side of the story. I need my balance of R900 as what they did is to cheat me .
I had complained about Absa not updating my credit profile. little did i know they are damaging it. i took a car finance in July and the sale person captured my pay day as the 02 of every month of which i get paid on the 20th. when i called to change i was told i will be charged even if i want to change banks i will be charged. initially my bank was capitec and i switched to Absa to make it easy for debiting but i was told i will be charged. I continued paying my instalment as transfers on the 2nd of every month but to my surprise on clear score it shows it as missed payment. How is it a missed payment when i was transferring on the exact date and why it it my fault as i told of charges if i do any changes on the contract. Absa has really affected my credit profile so bad that it has dropped to 568 because it shows missed payment for the whole year. Kindly fix this
