Not happy the way my tenant account is dealt with. The RentMaster service is for both Landlord and Tenant.

So to clarify. No letter of demand was sent for R500 , R1000, R1500, R2000, R2500 and R3000. The first letter of demand was sent on 05 November2020.
Is this good practise to allow the buildup. Please send the recoveries disclosed agreement.
Sorry for all these mails, I need to fully understand. 1. No communications records from previous team ( RentMaster) 2. No letter of demand sent to the tenant for the first R500 , R1000, R1500, R2000, R2500 and R3000. 3. No proof of payment sent to the tenant on monthly rental paid. 4. No attempt to get clarity from the previous RentMaster team. 5. Email of telephone discussion with RentMaster staff and tenant not accepted and no investigation.
Please can I have Shanaaz input to settle this matter.
