Extremely poor service
When one works through a reputable Company, one expects the level of service agreed upon. 1. One does not expect no communication from the Representative. 2. One does not expect appointments not being kept. 3. One does not expect the subcontractor to offer direct dealings with the client.
The quality one expects and pay for from Rentokil is HIGHLY OVERRATED AND UNDER DELIVERED.
