Dear Rentoza Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my order placed on 10th February 2026, for the Everlast Blaze Treadmill, with order number 234941. Despite being informed of a 30-day lead time to procure local stock, the agreement has been breached in several ways.
* Firstly, there has been a failure to keep me updated. I have not received any information about stock availability issues or the product delivery date, especially after the 30-day lead time had lapsed. Additionally, there have been no updates from Rentoza at all, forcing me to constantly follow up via email. The advertised WhatsApp and Facebook channels have proven ineffective in obtaining any response. * * Secondly, the treadmill has not been delivered, and I have not been provided with any estimated time of arrival for the stock. There has been a general failure to respond on all platforms.
I am particularly concerned about this situation as I have already paid the first instalment, yet there has been no delivery of the item. I would like to bring this matter to your attention, as it is unacceptable for a company to continue serving clients in this manner.
I am currently awaiting a callback from your management to discuss this issue further and to seek a resolution.
