So this is a continuation of my previous Feedback submitted "Sub-Par Service, Lack of Accountability, and Non-Delivery After R10,000 Payment". I can with confidence say that Junaid sorted me out very quickly, and overall a Good Gent to deal with. Package came packaged perfectly, supported in all ways possible. Kit quality is WOW, couldnt expect more in all, and very very happy client now. Kudo's to Junaid for keeping his side of Business clean, prompt and easy. Will come back anytime.
I am lodging this complaint regarding the appalling service, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability experienced with Super Fairings SA after placing a paid order (31746) that has yet to be fulfilled weeks later. My Order and Payment: On 20 September 2025, I placed and paid for a Honda CBR 1000RR 2007 Fairing Kit that was listed as in stock. My funds of R10,000 were transferred to Super Fairings SA and are still in their account. Chronology of Failures: 1. False Shipping Update (22-23 September): My order status was updated to "shipped" with a waybill on September 22nd. On September 23rd, when I queried the lack of movement with the courier, a sales representative confirmed via a short, unprofessional WhatsApp message that the order was never shipped because it was missing pieces. (OR0001000053) 2. Delayed Delivery: I was advised that I could wait for the next shipment, estimated for beginning/mid-October. I chose to wait, hoping to maintain business with Super Fairings SA based on prior positive feedback. 3. Communication Black Hole: I have been forced to initiate all subsequent communication. I have sent multiple emails that were responded to with a generic "please contact our WhatsApp numbers," despite the company website advising to use the email for queries and orders. This suggests an unwillingness to engage professionally outside of a single channel. 4. Misleading Stock Update (10-13 October): o I contacted the company and was advised that the new kits arrived on 10 October 2025 and the website would be updated over the weekend. o The website was not updated. o On 13 October 2025, I was told the website would be updated before 5 pm. o The website was partially updated, but the kit for my specific model was not updated. I was then told they were "still busy on it." Summary of Grievances: • Zero Ownership/Accountability: The company failed to notify me that the "in stock" kit was incomplete before I contacted them, and I was only informed via a blunt WhatsApp response. • Terrible Communication: The company is unresponsive via email, forcing customers to chase updates on WhatsApp and even Facebook. I have spent weeks chasing an order that was paid for in full. • Non-Delivery: Super Fairings SA is currently holding R10,000 of my money, and I have nothing to show for it. Desired Resolution: I have been exceptionally patient, but the service, communication, and inability to resolve a simple stock/shipping issue is unacceptable. I demand an immediate, definitive update on the status of my paid order with a guaranteed shipping date. I sincerely hope the owner of Super Fairings SA sees this and takes immediate corrective action to address this matter and the fundamental issues with their service model.
Worst courier possibly in RSA. No support, no agents that speak back to you, calls going unanswered. Waiting on my parcel from vodacom, status shows dispatched out for delivery yet no delivery, not even sorry we couldnt make it today. Then speaking to online consultants is USELESS. You get transferred they greet you then go awol, happened twice today. Cedric (cant remember ver surname) and Mabore Seabi. I wish that companies like this could just fall out of limbo and let proper couriers work their magic
1 to 3 business days my ****. I initially made an online application for a credit card with your bank. I sent my 3 recent payslips, 3 month bank statements, id copy as requested. They started processing the documents and application and this is where it started. They came back to me stated i have to go to branch (3 days later) for Biometric verification for some reason, could not provide a reason. 2 days later i went to a branch for Biometrics and did them then i proceeded to wait. Another few days passed and i sent in a query via email and whatsapp as too why its taking so long and why the wait, then i got told that its locked and they cannot proceed and i need to go to branch which i did again. At branch i was advised that there is application ***** with capitec on my name due to payslips showing my nickname and not ID names which i corrected in process of doing all of this and sent them. At the branch i did the same again, sent all my updated paperwork with my letter from Payroll/hr that the name correction had been actioned. I am still waiting on a reply and today is day 4 of this process and no reply. I have logged a complaint with ref 01834214. I would appreciate if any help can possibly be shared as this is absolutely pathetic service.
Absolutely pathetic service for opening accounts!! So i recently opened a Unsecured account with them, this process took 1 hour which was fine and i was satisfied with the turn around and the sales agent whom assisted me. So i went back to open a Store account with JD Group, using the SAME documents that the unsecured account was approved and vetted on i app**** 3 days ago. I have gone to the Somerset Branch 3 times now to follow up, call them to follow up and simply its been issues. 1st, they submitted the documents and stated it normally takes 15min to get apprioval as I was pre approved already, so they used the same documents that was used the day before. 2nd, after submitting the documents i sat there for well over 4 hours waiting on HO to approve the application, this did not happen. The manager then said he will escalate this and give them a call, i suspect it was not done as the application was still not approved. Then i called the branch, they advised me that the HO requested they need to redo the application as the declared salary was suppose to be the least amount not the normal amount on my bank statements and my payslips, 1st thing that they did wrong, you must use a average if the salary is not exactly the same, not the least amount! So i said fine, go ahead, and i had to go again to store to sign paperwork and resubmit. After submission about 4H after ONCE again, i got a call from HO where they asked that they need to do verification on my bank statements from my Bank, do i consent, after asking WHY i was just told because it is being picked up as *****ulant because it was submitted 2 days in a row, so i gave permission after the salesrep that did the application the first time stated: "We just need to resubmit the documents with the least pay bracket they will not do any other checks again or verification as all of this was done already, they just want the correct agreement". another 4H passed nothing was done after the call, i went to branch again sitting for ONCE again about 3H, the salesrep in store INCLUDING THE MANAGER is not fit to serve clients as they just call in, ask why it hasnt been processed yet, and then says goodbye, no escalation, no explanation they need to check my profile as its just a resubmission of the correct pay bracket according to the email that they received requesting the correct detail. Still till now, even with HO doing applications and a application of another client was approved within 15m whilst instore, i am still waiting on mine!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Now we called in this morning asking *** is going on as the application is still not done yet (if there was a backlog which i doubt that i keep on being chucked to the back of the line for some reason) and i havent gotten a call yet. ITS 3 DAYS ****** HELL FOR A SIMPLE ACCOUNT THAT I QUALIFY FOR, I CAN AFFORD, AND THAT NOT EVEN 1 DAY BEFORE I WAS APPROVED AND WAS REQUESTED JUST TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT SALARY BRACKET, EVERYTHING WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN HANDLED WITHIN 15M AND DAY 3 I AM STILL WAITING
So i had an account with inspired, July i went to Claremont Beares branch and paid my account in full to settle it so that it goes off my name, till today no letter has bee. Given, we call and call the helpline no one picks up, branch has sent email to the inspired team still nothong, ive even been contacted now by debt collectors when my account is supposed to be closed!!!
So i placed an order on 2 Spetember 2023 and paid 1.2k for it. Delivery was scheduled for the monday at my office but i had to reschedule as i had a family emergency. Friday was agreed upon and they came to deliver. My order was suppose to be 4 items however i received 1 correct item, and 1 incorrect item that i did not order. Now today im still waiting for them to deliver my items i paid for!! This is incompetance at its best, and when you call them you can never speak to a manager, neither can they tell you why i havent received my 3 other items i ordered. My order number is 135571425. I would appreciate it if someone from management can contact me as the item was collected that i never ordered on 11th however still no updates on my items that are just MIA.
Been waiting for well over 30 days on update of a parcel that is "stuck" at JIMC. Placed a multiple vendor order and received 98% of my parcels within time of delivery as stipulated, but this one parcel is just not getting released from JIMC, and to ask for feedback and why it hasnt been dispatched to CPT is basically null response, just the normal escalation and nothing happens from there.
Reagan Davids (Ops manager in CPT) is awesome. Automated Ozow payment system did not allocate my customs payment, delivery was delayed now due to that, scheduled delivery date was today but then system moved it to pending again due to not collected payment via Ozow. Called Reagan, and sorted meout in a few for 2nd round deliveries! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!
