Westwood Way Paulshof security mistreating a pregnant woman
Rentprop have failed me so many times I’ve been writing emails with regards to their security guards which have continuously mistreated me and jeopardised my safety but nothing was done Below is an email I sent over the past weekend and they did not do anything about it instead they responded by saying I should’ve had my tag with me on the day of the incident; Dear Zane I’m writing this with a huge disappointment, the security guard by the name of Abraham have continuously ill treated me for the past 2 months I lost my tag and have reported this to my landlord, while waiting for my new tag the other security guards have been kind enough to understand and let me in Firstly I’m a pregnant woman, I do not need such stress at my own home but today he outdid himself, he refused to open for me and even after I told him I’m in pain assuming because of the stress he was causing me, he left the security room and went to the parking lot saying he’s calling head office to get approval on whether to open for me or not I stood there for 20mins while he was threatening to hit me because I don’t know how to talk to people, because of the pain I was feeling I started crying for help he didn’t bother to open for me. What kind of a man treats a pregnant woman like that? even my kids which I had in the car with me started panicking because they didn’t know what was wrong with their mom and started crying as well Even after that he was unbothered he just let me stand at the gate when I was in pain,I’m on my way to the hospital now because I don’t know what’s wrong with my baby. If I happen to lose this child it’ll be all on him and I’m going to sue rentprop because apparently he got orders from your office told him not to let me in I started hooting at the gate hoping someone else would come to my rescue, after 30mins another security who was on duty came through and asked me what was happening and why am I hooting I told him, I’m still in pain and I don’t know what’s happening with my baby but I needed to explain myself…the second security ended up opening for me He continued to threaten to hit me even when the other security guard was trying to assist me. This guy always talks to me like I’m nothing, I’ve let it all slide because I didn’t want to cause unnecessary stress to my unborn baby As if that wasn’t enough, he then knocked at my door with someone else who was wearing all black which I assume is a reaction security and he asked me what happened when I tried explaining to the other guy he was busy interrupting me and asking me what’s the name of the security guard who opens for when I don’t have a tag because he wants to report them Is this the kind of service that Abraham was trained to deliver as the first person we can got to if we have problems in this complex? I’m praying that I don’t lose this pregnancy because I am going to take serious actions against Rentprop, this is disgusting

Bad Estate agent
The worst real estate agents I have dealt with! Took then 6 weeks to fix issues with the house- After following up over 6 times. Gave me 1 remote for a 2-bedroom house. Took them over 6 weeks sort it out. Was told that the kitchen would renovated, after following up over and over again, nothing has happened.
