Appalling service
Absolutely useless / people here waiting 2 hours over their appointment time and only one staff member. Come closer to closing time and another 3 staff appear from nowhere. Only one parent allowed in (no forewarning) so one of us is sat in car park

Neither test worked
First test (stool) didn’t work at all. Second test blood (lancet faulty) even if it hadn’t been the pippett to drop blood into it tiny. Waiting to see if they put this right
