My Brother-in-Law died 2 years ago, and we bought a property in The River Club Plettenberg Bay. The executor and advocate is in the process of transferring the house into my wife's name - conveyancer and so on. Rent Uncle put the house up for sale a month ago. This is tantamount to *****ulent misrepresentation, and is happening to many potential buyers. They need to be dealt with, and are currently under investigation by the Estate Agents Board and the advocate. We will take them to court within the next few weeks, and they need to remove all these false ads. Disgusting individuals, but you have met your match. Please use reputable estate agents. I have brought this to the attention of legitimate estate agents as well, and they too will be taking action. Check the website, they have proven to be culpable of house ****ming practices.
