I took my car in for a service last Tuesday morning and, when I got home, I noticed one of my wheel caps was missing. I immediately took a video for proof and drove back the next day to report it.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and even went as far as offering to replace the wheel cap out of his own pocket — which I truly appreciated. However, I was told that the manager would contact me about the issue. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard anything from her.
This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing and has left me regretting taking my car to this dealership for service. 😓
