Why is your service 24/7 if no one attends to any queries or concerns. I have been in communication with the team from the 16th Dec 2024. Paul came and advised what was wrong. Paid deposit of R1000 for the part to be bought he came back again with a wrong part and was to return on the 28th Dec 2024. It’s now the 2 of Jan 2026 and my machine is still not fixed and no one takes my message serious and no one answers my call. I have been patient enough can I please get my refund
