Bad Customer Service and Poor Quality of materials

I bought some takkies at Replay Atterbury two months back and they are teared. I gave them back to the manager and they sent to Woodmead. The woodmead manager kept them for some weeks,when enquiring am told they are waiting for business owner to come back from Cape Town.

Still today am not helped and i believe the quality of Replay clothes are below standard.Customer service is very poor. Cheap materials are being used and their pricing is hilarious
