Received my order 1581 on Monday 13 January, after a lot of miscommunication, date changes for shipping and excuses of product supply not being available yet and waiting for stock. If I did not message for feedback then I would not have known the status of my order. The enclosure was built and setup and finalized by Wednesday evening 15 January. All the products came in tact and working fine but between the 2x medium hides (which came flat packed like the enclosure) and the enclosure itself, I was given 6x *****s Leela's than needed. Luckily, everything was sturdy enough for it not to be a problem. Also had to buy some electrical supplies due to the LED light that did not have a plug. But everything was sorted and setup and working. My ball python (Wasabi) is very happy. The PVC enclosure holds humidity and temps very well (I went bio-active) also Wasabi shed for the first time with me inside the new enclosure and it came out in one full piece so everything is perfect. The products are great. The customer service and communication and business practices suck. They did not once apologize or try to do damage control. They even said that I should not go "bad mouthing" them on all the platforms. But I feel like if no reviews were sent then they would not have rep**** and give me any feedback whatsoever because between the 2 email addresses and the 2 cell numbers that I have used, the only feedback came from one cell number on WhatsApp. As I said, 5/5 for the products but 0/5 for the company itself. Happy with the products, luckily will not need anything else from them and I will rather pay more and go to another supplier for better customer service.
