The call center, operators, and so called technicians at rescom are rude, selfish, and made me feel anything but an up to date paying customer. i called in tonight (18/04/2021) as my alarms were not activating. I had to call in three (X3) times and they kept on putting me through to the technicians who were sleeping and did not feel that it was important to answer the call!!!! when he finally answered it was clear to me, from the sound of his voice that he was asleep. its been disappointment after disappointment since i have joined rescom. i called to cancel with them and then the lady at the call center only showed some concern thereafter!!! this is extremely disappointing and i will never sign on with this incompetent excuse for a security entity ever again!!! rather go sleep rescom instead of making me and my family feel safe!!!
